Terms & Conditions for granting loan / individual clients

• Should be salaried employed at Public or Private sector.
• Gross salary must not be less than 4000 SAR
• Total financial obligations must not exceed 45% including new loan and 65% in case of real estate loan.
• Length of service at employer must be 30 days for public sector and 90 days for private sector.
• Should have a satisfactory credit report.
• Minimum age is 20 years and max 70 years

Terms and Conditions of granting loan / SMEs

• Should have valid CR & License
• Minimum business age 1 year
• Should have a satisfactory credit report.
• Bank statement by name of organization
• Should be registered at Zakat and tax income
